Its always interesting to see who is really pulling the strings in office environments. I don't know what's worse, weak leadership or people that aren't team players. Both have driven me to drink. Don't cry for me; I'm already dead.

Office dynamics are always an interesting thing. I think harmonious dynamics are just as important to a productive department as much as the abilities of the individuals within that department.

When people don't do their job, people inevitably become disgruntled, and as a result, create friction within the work force.
